Production & Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with GoodVibes3D! Many of our apparel and personalized products are made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. Production Time
Standard made-to-order apparel typically requires 3–7 business days for production after payment and any required design approval. Larger quantities, special customizations, and material availability may extend this estimate. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimated processing times, not guaranteed completion dates.
2. Custom Design Approval
When a design proof or customization confirmation is required, production begins after the customer approves the final details. Please review spelling, names, sizes, colors, and artwork carefully before approval. Requested changes after approval may affect the production schedule and may incur additional costs, subject to customer confirmation.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping transit time is not included in the production estimate. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated transit times are presented at checkout when applicable. Carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. A delivery date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will review the request based on whether production has begun. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production is underway. Any applicable refund rights under law remain unaffected.
5. Returns & Product Issues
Because personalized products are made to order, please contact us before requesting a return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. 6. Product Images & Colors
Product images may be digital mockups. Minor variations in color, print placement, and appearance can occur due to screen settings and production processes.
